This seasoning blend is great when added to soups, stews and curries. It also works well rubbed into meat, veggies or fish before cooking. Particularly Chicken, Pork Fillet, Ribeye steak, Tuna steak and King Prawns. It also makes a great dressing when added to olive oil, balsamic vinegar and grain mustard.
