Next off the production line, are 2 quite different products. Firstly we have a Sri Lankan curry called Jaffna. It's going to be about 3 on the heat level, so will have a nice red chilli kick.
Also being tested at the moment is a Szechuan Salt and Pepper seasoning, for using on Chicken wings, Ribs, Prawns and of course chips !!!
We love a challenge here at my spicy blends. If you have had a dish abroad, in a restaurant or any where else and wish for us to have go at recreating it, let us know! You may even be selected as a guinea pig to test our new creation!
