Controversy may reign as to whether Chilli Con Carne is actually a true Mexican dish, some Mexicans and certainly every self respecting Texan will tell you it's not. However the Incas, Aztecs and Mayans most certainly had a version way before it made it's way to the lone star state. This blend remains true to it's medium spiced, smoky flavoursome roots.
