Although it's not really found in China at all, we felt we had to create a blend that would give you that authentic Chinese 'takeaway' style curry sauce. Quite different to Indian and Thai curry's, this is a mild to medium mix that suits all main ingredients. Use the 'spice it up' button if you need it hotter.
