There are a lot of these type of curry's in India and Bangladesh which haven't got a specific name. British restaurants will pretty much always have a Garlic and Chilli curry on their menus. We did find one that was similar from the northern Punjab region, but most recipes seem to insist it comes from Southern India. What they all agree on however is that it should be spicy, and have strong flavours of Chilli and Garlic. I guess the clue is in the title!!
