This blend will add a lovely and fragrant note to your Mexican cooking, particularly of course when used in fajitas. Its medium spiced so try a little at first and then increase to your taste. It can also be used in Tacos, Burritos and Chimichangas, or just as a rub before grilling meat, fish or vegetables.
