Finally the weather seems to be improving...just. Standing out at our monthly markets can be a little nippy. But recently it seems to have gone from absolutely freezing to just cold, a sure sign spring is here!!! We have been a little quiet on the development front just recently, but there are a couple that i will get onto the shelves soon. A couple of people asked for a Kashmiri masala curry blend, so that is on the way, also i will get the Xacuti blend finished shortly !!!
